Not only due our warm and mild weather most of the year, but also because the good conditions of the roads, our diversified landscape and the traditional cycling on this area, this intensive training camp will become an ideal for cyclers that are looking for a high-level early training season, pre-competition preparation or just for a cycling challenge.
Sea coast road, from Calella, we follow the coast to Tossa de Mar, Sant Feliu de Guixols, one of the most scenic roads in Catalonia.

RUPIT – Sanctuary of El Far.
Located within the highlands between Barcelona and Girona, we will go in the deepest Catalonia surrounded by large forests, crossing picturesque and medieval villages, with narrow streets and old houses, like Rupit to reach the Sanctuary of El Far with one of the most impressive views of Girona.

SANT MIQUEL DEL FAI
In the heart of the region of Barcelona, there is an emblematic monastery, located in a well-preserved environment framed by rocky cliffs, in the Catalan pre-coastal mountain range, with one of the highest waterfalls in Catalonia

We will climb the iconic sanctuary surrounded by the magic forms of the sedimentary rock formations. Epic stage, with 200km is the longest but the most impressive stage. We will cross a large part of Catalonia to reach Montserrat, icon of Catalonia

GIRONA – Els Angels.
This route take place through the Catalan Tuscany, Monells, Madremanya and some others medieval and small charming villages, with cosy corners. These roads are where professionals train in winter,
Climbing the very famous Coll of Els Angels we will finish in the city of Girona.

TURO DE L’HOME 1707m, Montseny
With 27 km of maintained climb, util el Turo de l’Home , this is a challenge of great importance. Through thick forests we will reach the final part with the last 5km at 12/13% hardness, the reward is one of the best views of Catalonia, on clear days you can see the profile of Mallorca Island.

On the final stage, we will have Barcelona at our feet. We will border it from the Vallvidrera mountain range with impressive views over the most cosmopolitan of the Mediterranean cities. It will be a great farewell to keep us the great moments of this week in our memory.
