What would you think if I tell you that a 2000 years old practice can help you to understand and to live better this dynamic and modern western world in where are we are living. This millennial practice is the Yoga and helps us to better understand our most last technology.

The main objective of the Yoga is to reach a healthy balance between body, mind and spirit. This helps us to keep better and more positive relationships. For those uninitiated, the Yoga is collection of slow movements and poses which we can strength our mind, but it is much more than that. In fact, Yoga was introduced in western, in the 60’s by Swami Vivekananda, a Hindi monk as a breathing and meditation practice to achieve a freedom more than a physical activity using different poses.

Some of the Yoga benefits are an improvement of flexibility, muscle strength and tone, perfects posture and weight reduction.
